The Birth of Joy Beauty
Joy Beauty was created in 2022 by owner and operator Angela Tempest. After 17 years as a hair stylist working at a beauty salon, she decided the time was right to follow her dream: her very own hairdressing salon. Attention to every detail has been considered for customers who want a more intimate experience. The salon features three independent hair stylist stations and a spa room.

Angela Tempest
Joy Beauty was created in 2022 by owner and operator Angela Tempest. After 17 years as a hair stylist working at a beauty salon, she decided the time was right to follow her dream: her very own hairdressing salon. Angela stays on top of new trends and brings her passion for making people look beautiful to each client. She's lived and worked in the Cleveland area for over a decade.
Mandy Smith
Mandy Smith is the co-owner of Joy Beauty Salon. Mandy is a business leader who specializes in start-ups, software technology, marketing, and social media. Angela and Mandy have been friends for decades, and were so excited to bring Joy Beauty Salon to life.
Naysa
Naysa is our receptionist and assistant. She will help you book your appointment at our beauty salon, and she makes sure our hairdressing salon look fabulous! She also makes sure we keep everything in stock for our customers.
